I got the Raiders Vera Bradley cosmetic bag for my wife because over the past few years, she has become a pretty big fan of the team. We love to get anything that reps our favorite sports franchise. The one thing I noticed right away was the black coloring is definitely more of a faded black, not dark black like the Raiders logo. The bag is excellent quality. The materials are primarily cotton, with a plastic liner in the main compartment. This is excellent for accidental spills making it quick to clean up and also wont ruin the fabric. There are two zipper compartments, both with ribbons on the zipper for easy use. The front pocket does not have a plastic liner so this would be better suited for cosmetic tools that don’t have a chance to leak.She told me that initially she thought the big pocket would be too small, but she ended up fitting all of her makeup in it, which included two eyeshadows, eyeliner, liquid foundation, finishing powder, bronzer and mascara. She said on top of that, there was still enough space for a moisturizing cream. She used the front pocket for her makeup brushes and eyelash curler. She was quite surprised how well everything fit in the bag given how small the bag looks.On a side note, she also said that this kind of bag would be perfect for using as a clutch purse for sporting events!Overall she is very happy with the bag. Vera Bradley is known for making high quality products and this cosmetic bag is no different. The swag of sporting our team is a plus side but ultimately the functionality is where the bag really shines.
