I gave this bag 4 stars because the strap isn’t quite long enough for a cross body. I’m 5’1 and most cross body bags are too long for me but this one falls at my hip (even after i loosened the strap almost all the way. And even after two weeks of wearing it there is still a mark where the strap was originally. I still like the bag, the quality is good, the zippers seem sturdy and I love the design on the leather.
