Just received two purses this week; still trying to 'break them in.' Good overall leather crafting. Wine color leather is a higher grade (softer and lighter weight) than the gray version cowhide. Wish the bag had metal feet. Wish the two outer small front pockets (1 zip and 1 velcro) had gussets on BOTH sides. Zippers are stiff and need some lubrication. Getting used to the credit card section because it feels cramped, especially if cell phone is in large front pocket (behind zip/velcro pair). Main sections of this cross-body bag are roomy. Strap is sturdy. Will eventually get the 'feel' and 'flow' of this handbag - and I'll keep looking for the perfect purse...I had not bought a leather purse in many years now, & I had forgotten how they stink! But I needed a small organizer purse that actually had many pockets, could be worn as a cross-body (more about that in a minute), and that didn't cost a fortune. I also preferred it to be made in the USA. Hah. Dream on!Well, the purse does have lots of pockets. So I guess 1 out of 4 ain't bad. This purse is well constructed, although I would have designed/made it maybe another inch longer, so the front small zip pocket could have a zipper that you could actually get 4 fingers in, to get at your change. It is just 2 small for more than 3 (small) fingers. The other front pocket has a Velcro closure, but does fit my heavy duty,12' tape measure I never leave home without. I would have actually preferred a magnetic closure on this pocket. But, the pocket IS lined nicely, so that is a plus. Now for that truly miserable excuse for a strap...I docked my rating a full point for that design flaw. UGH. It is narrow leather, almost rigid, and it is riveted on, rather than having snap hooks on each end, so you can take the stupid thing off, and replace it with one that is wider, does not DIG IN or slide, and that is more comfortable, thus more useful. That type can be used to make the purse a true cross-body. This narrow rigid thing is going to make wearing the purse cross body an exercise in torture. Things that hurt, when it comes to clothing and accessories, in MY world, do not tend to get used as much as things that are more comfortable! The other zippers are nice, and they do feel stronger than some plastic ones I have on other purses. The rear pocket is just that, a zip pocket, nothing inside to recommend it, (like another zipped pocket, maybe), except it IS lined. That helps with wear & tear, mostly. The center zipped pocket of the purse has a wall zipped pocket stitched in, which is nice. Other than that, the space is plain, maybe for a wallet? I suspect there would be enough room for one. Then there is the front organizer pocket, which is basically why I gave in and bought this purse. It has 8 card slots! NICE! It has the usual smaller wall pocket, this one made of a mesh type fabric. Dark colored, of course so you have a hard time SEEING in there, if you are Senior like me. (I never have been able to figure out the purpose of those mesh things inside a purse). The organizer pocket zips closed securely, and is designed well, but I think I would have used a longer zipper, to offer a greater ability to reach inside for things. I don't think it opens quite wide enough. All in all, am I glad I bought this? A qualified yes. I would have preferred a nice nylon fabric inside & out, rather than leather. But I have been looking for a looong time now, and outside of fanny packs, this is the only 1 that had any large number of pockets, decent zippers, and oh, how I WISH it had a better designed STRAP!I will have to fix one up somehow. Or maybe finally finish the one I designed and have been making now for almost 2 years...... until cataracts stopped me in that effort.Good luck, everyone who is searching for a smaller purse with many pockets that is well made and doesn't cost the earth.I love the smell of leather! Good quality! The zipper on the wallet side is hard to close.Likes:* Good size for me: big enough to hold phone, glasses, keys, etc. in easy-to-find pockets; comfortable as a crossover bag; small enough to throw in a [largish] tote bag.* Wallet section so I don't have to carry wallet* Wallet section opens on all three sides with two zipper pulls so it's easy to get things out.* Soft leather (which did not smell, although other reviews said it did)* Gray is good neutral color for palette of clothes I wear* Adjustable strap lengthDislikes:* Stitching in wallet compartment is ragged with loose threads* Strap is a little too narrow so digs into my shoulder* Zipper on back pocket with two vertical seams is set so low that it can be hard to dig out the zipper pull.* Front zipped pocket on wallet pocket is very flat. I keep a surgical mask in there for emergencies but otherwise it's pretty useless to me.* Website is confusing. Needs more clarity about different styles and colors available in each style. It's too easy to order one in color you like that doesn't include the features you need.UPDATE:I like this bag so much that I ordered the similar "French Kiss" in red, thinking it would be scarlet as pictured. ("Accordian" does not come in red.) The "French Kiss" that arrived is a dull, dark maroon, not as purplish as in the photos I have added. So I returned it. Sad, because the "French Kiss" style would have fit my needs and it's a nice, soft leather like my "Accordian" bag. Also, I'm annoyed that it cost me almost $5 in return shipping, plus the bother of packing the bag up and finding a UPS Store to correct the seller's error.I would have posted this as a review for the red "French Kiss" bag, but every time I press "Write a Product Review" for that order this review of the gray "Accordian" bag pops up. I'm annoyed about that, too.Just the right size and weight also has an open pocket for cell phoneI love that it's very well made, the cross-body strap is great. It has lots of pockets and roomy for a small purse. The small purse I was carrying was starting to fall apart, and I wanted to find another one that's similar. Since I don't like to carry a wallet anymore and wanted another purse like my last one, this one met my needs. The wallet organizer has 8 credit card slots which fits all my cards. I can even double up credit cards in the slots. There is a coin zipper that separates the credit card slots and a compartment that is roomy enough for receipts, coupons, money, etc. I haven't figured out what to put in the mesh zipper pocket yet. But there's a couple things that aren't deal breakers. The zippers that closes the wallet were kind of stiff and they seemed to be a little off track, but a spritz of WD40 fixed them right up. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it only fits if I take some things out. I'm happy with my purchase and I will be carrying it until the wheels fall off. LOL!Love this purse!! It has a built in wallet in the front. Has 10 card slots a zippered coin slot and places for you money and receipts. The main compartment in the middle is nice sized holds a fair amount of items. My only wish for this is that the strap was a bit longer as I wear it cross body and it fully extended. It’s a lovely leather bag but is small - I thought it would be bigger but that’s my fault for not measuring it first. I would say more of a clutch bag than a handbagLeather and is a good valueThe purse was very cute but not what I wanted ..Had to return it and had no problem getting my refund..Good company ..Petit sac a main très pratique et peu volumineux avec beaucoup de compartiments ,cuir de bonne qualité
