I bought this bag because of the stowaway rucksack straps. I couldn't find a photo online to check the arrangement. I contacted Trespass and they couldn't provide a photo. I decided to buy from Amazon because I knew I'd be able to return if not suitable. Sadly the rucksack strap arrangement isn't suitable (there is no hip band, which my old rucksack-style bag does have) so I am returning it, but I'm being charged for the return. The bag is probably ok, but Trespass only deserve 1 star for poor service.
